Collision Solution is a trusted, I-CAR certified auto body repair facility with advanced locations across the region. We’re currently hiring a Detailer to support our collision repair process and deliver top-quality results to our customers.

This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and looking to start a career in the auto body repair industry with a company that values growth and teamwork.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Clean vehicles inside and out before and after repairs

  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery

  • Assist with masking, prepping, and other repair support tasks as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness of shop areas, equipment, and tools

  • Organize parts and supplies to support the repair process

  • Collaborate with team members to meet delivery deadlines

📋 What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a team setting

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • No prior experience required — we’ll train the right person

💪 Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and standing for long periods

  • Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, noise, and heat/cold

🎓 Certifications Preferred

  • I-CAR certification

  • ASE certification (a plus)
