🔧 What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers throughout the repair process

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage shop communications

• Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies

• Ensure accurate customer records and documentation

• Help keep the front office running smoothly

• Support parts tracking and follow-up as needed

📋 What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Experience in an auto body shop or customer-facing office is a plus

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning shop software

• Valid driver’s license
