Collision Solution is a leading, I-CAR certified collision repair facility with two state-of-the-art locations in Lake County, Illinois. We’re currently hiring an Auto Body Technician to join us.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform all phases of crash repair, from light to heavy collision damage

• Repair and replace sheet metal, glass, and cosmetic parts

• Make structural pulls and frame repairs to factory specs

• Reassemble vehicles post-paint, ensuring all alignments are correct

• Work collaboratively with estimators and managers to ensure efficient repair planning

📋 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in automotive collision repair or equivalent training

• Familiarity with I-CAR procedures and OEM repair guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and a drive to produce high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving workloads

• Your own tools in good working condition

💪 Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and standing for long periods

• Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, noise, and heat/cold

🎓 Certifications Preferred

• I-CAR certification

• ASE certification (a plus)
