Collision Solution is a trusted, I-CAR certified auto body repair facility with advanced locations across the region. We’re currently hiring an Apprentice Auto Body Technician to train alongside our experienced collision repair team.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Assist with vehicle disassembly and initial damage assessment

Support technicians in prepping panels and structural components for repair

Learn to identify collision damage and use industry-standard tools

Help organize parts and materials needed for repair workflows

Maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with shop protocols

Participate in hands-on training and skill development with senior technicians
📋 What We’re Looking For

Interest in auto body repair and the collision repair industry
-
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
-
Good communication and organization skills
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Prior experience in a shop or trade environment is a plus, but not required
💪 Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and standing for long periods

Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, noise, and heat/cold
🎓 Certifications Preferred

I-CAR certification
-
ASE certification (a plus)
