Collision Solution is a trusted, I-CAR certified auto body repair facility. We’re hiring a Detailer to support our collision repair process and deliver vehicles that look their best.

This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and looking to start a career in the auto body industry with a company that values growth and teamwork.

What you'll do

Clean vehicles inside and out before and after repairs
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery
Assist with masking, prepping, and other repair-support tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness of shop areas, equipment, and tools
Organize parts and supplies to support the repair process
Collaborate with team members to meet delivery deadlines

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Willingness to learn and take direction in a team setting
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
No prior experience required — we’ll train the right person

Physical requirements

Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and standing for long periods
Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, noise, and heat/cold
