Collision Solution is a trusted, I-CAR certified auto body repair facility with locations across the region. We’re currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our front office team.

What you'll do
- Greet and assist customers throughout the repair process
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage shop communications
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies
- Ensure accurate customer records and documentation
- Help keep the front office running smoothly
- Support parts tracking and follow-up as needed
What we're looking for
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Experience in an auto body shop or customer-facing office is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning shop software
- Valid driver’s license
Physical requirements
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a busy shop environment
