Apprentice Auto Body Technician

Collision Solution is a trusted, I-CAR certified auto body repair facility. We’re hiring an Apprentice Auto Body Technician to train alongside our experienced technicians.

What you'll do
- Assist with vehicle disassembly and initial damage assessment
- Support technicians in prepping panels and structural components for repair
- Learn to identify collision damage and use industry-standard tools
- Help organize parts and materials needed for repair workflows
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with shop protocols
- Participate in hands-on training and skill development with senior technicians
What we're looking for
- Interest in auto body repair and the collision repair industry
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Good communication and organization skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior shop or trade experience is a plus, but not required
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and standing for long periods
- Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, noise, and heat/cold
Certifications preferred
- I-CAR certification
- ASE certification (a plus)
