Collision Solution is a trusted, I-CAR certified auto body repair facility with locations across the region. We’re currently hiring an Estimator to join our front office team.
If you’re detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with both people and processes, this is a great opportunity to grow with a shop that values precision, teamwork, and quality.
What you'll do
- Prepare accurate estimates for collision repairs
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
- Guide customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery
- Document damages with photos and update estimates as needed
- Order parts and track supplements when required
- Help manage workflow and ensure a positive customer experience
What we're looking for
- Experience writing estimates (CCC, Audatex, or similar platforms)
- Friendly, professional, and organized
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Auto body or insurance background preferred
Physical requirements
- Must be able to move around the shop and inspect vehicles
- Comfortable in a busy, occasionally noisy shop environment
