Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Duties

  • Incoming call handling on 4 Line system
  • Greet every customer and take charge of providing them an exceptional experience
  • Maintain record documentation with high attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other departments and ensure processes are followed
  • Invoice processing
  • Ordering supplies for shop, office, and parts
  • Communicate with insurance companies to advocate our customer’s claims
  • Implement marketing and networking to capture new business


  • High school diploma/GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual Spanish

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient keyboarding skills
  • Moderate to Advanced use of Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Works well in team environment
  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Exceptional multitasking skills

Required Experience

  • Fluent Spanish Speaker: 3 years
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High school or equivalent
