Hal Davis Facility Manager Hal has over 30 years experience in collision repair. Technician, manager, partner in a large facility in Libertyville (FSR); worked for a multi-state consolidator (CTA) owned by Ford Motor Company. Served in the community on boards (i.e. zoning board, school board secretary for school district 116 and secretary for the North Chicago Chamber of Commerce), he keeps active in the community. After 32 years of marriage and 4 children, and now a grandparent, Hal is still very passionate about his career.
Mona Koch Facility Manager Mona has managed a real estate office, doctor's office, and even worked on political campaigns. Being involved in her community and church Mona still manages to have time for tennis, traveling, and riding her motorcycle. Mona has been married for 29 years, and has 2 children. She is filled with great excitement for her first grandbaby this year. Mona finds it a great pleasure serving you here at Collision Solution.

Frank Caraccilo Paint Technician Team Leader Frank started his career in Argentina. After 30 years experience (25 here in North Chicago) he enjoys passing the skills he has acquired to his apprentice (son) Sabastion. Raising his 3 children in Racine (Green Bay fan), Frank has recently moved into the new home of his dreams.
Clayton Davis Body Technician Went to Olivet University on a golf scholarship to study engineering. Worked construction for a few years and decided to get involved in the family business. With a 2 year old and one on the way, Clayton still manages to squeeze in a game of golf now and then.
